Today has been a bittersweet kind of day for my heart. 🥹🖤
For so many years, this tiny little space in my home has been where I’ve spent countless hours doing what I love most. Baking has always been my love language. It’s how I celebrate you, how I show I care, and how I pour a little piece of my heart into something made just for you.
And if I’ve ever baked something for you, just know that you hold a special little place in my heart. 🫶🏼
Today, I sent out the very last orders that will ever be made in my little home bakery. I started packing up my kitchen, emptying closets that somehow held more bakery supplies than anyone could imagine, and began planning what will soon fill the cases in our new little space.
And goodness, the emotions that come with that. 🥹
This little kitchen has seen early mornings, late nights, happy tears, exhausted tears, answered prayers, and dreams that once felt so far out of reach. It’s where something I simply loved doing grew into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.
While closing this chapter tugs at my heart, there’s also such an overwhelming sense of peace. Because I know we’re not leaving the love behind. We’re simply making more room for it. ❤️
The thought of our little building being filled with laughter, conversations, familiar faces, new friendships, and the smell of fresh baked goodies makes my heart so incredibly happy.
What started in a tiny corner of our home is about to become a place where we get to welcome all of you. And that might just be the sweetest part of this whole journey.
