Behind the scenes, the reality is sometimes a lot harder than the picture we imagine.

I stacked all the cake tiers in the venue kitchen, keeping everything hidden until the bride finally got to see it. Then came the stressful part... assembling the cake and praying it would actually make it through that kitchen door 🙈
It was a CRAZY night, full of nerves, rushing, and those “please let everything go right” moments. But the second the cake was finished and I saw the impression it left on the bride and groom and all the guests... every stressful moment was worth it.

Because behind every beautiful cake is a story, a little chaos, a lot of patience, and a whole lot of love.
