Flour & Weirdoughs Welcome to the bread family! Our approach is classical and fun. No shortcuts and no additives can be found in our products.

We mill our own organic flour in-house & bake everything daily in Key Biscayne.

It’s a loooong weekend, and we’re going to be OPEN on Memorial Day 🏖️ from 8am - 2pm. We’re having breakfast all day and running weekend specials! Come and join us as the summer ☀️ kicks off. 

“Mr Jones and me” Sesame crusted Danish, fried eggplant 🍆, sweet and spicy Korean bbq sauce , chives, chilli 🌶️. 

“Upside down Tiramisu” Coffee ☕️ and white chocolate cookie, espresso whipped cream, cacao 🍫 powder. 

“The Korean connection” Country sourdough loaf stuffed with kimchi and provolone cheese 🧀.

This one really took us out of our comfort zone (and that’s where the magic happens!). It started as a one weekend only collab with ni****ne mints, but everybody fell in love with it, so we’re keeping it for the rest of the month!

Habibis! This bread special is one of our darlings here at Flour & Weirdoughs. It made its debut when we first opened and it’s been in our rotation ever since. 

We named it “Mr. G’s childhood dream” because a dear friend of ours tasted it and he had a “Ratatouille” moment. He told us that it reminded him of his mom and childhood. Good bread made with love will do that to you!
