Flour & Weirdoughs Welcome to the bread family! Our approach is classical and fun. No shortcuts and no additives can be found in our products.

We mill our own organic flour in-house & bake everything daily in Key Biscayne.

“Blood, Sweat & Figs” Honey whipped Mascarpone cheese, spiced with black pepper and cardamom, fresh figs, lemon zest, olive oil. 🙌🏼

Whenever we go on a little field trip ✈️, we MUST try the local bakeries 🥖! Jefe had the chance to try this outstanding bakery 🤯 located in Oviedo and he 12/10 recommends if you’re there.

Located in Casco Viejo, is one of those places that draws you like a moth to a flame with the vibes and presentation let alone their fantastic product.

Note: We were supposed to film content of our monthly bread special (The jalapeño popper, it’s great! Come buy one, we made a lot) but forgot. 🤷🏻‍♂️
