We waited an entire year for this… prepared for months… and then BOOM 💥 — 4 days were gone just like that!

Our feet? DEAD. 😂
Our energy? NOWHERE TO BE FOUND.
Our smiles? Still there… but definitely running on caffeine and pure willpower. 😅

But honestly? Every single second was worth it. ❤️

Seeing your faces, hearing you tell us how much you loved our food, watching you come back for more, and hearing “this is SO good!” made all the tiredness disappear… well, almost. 😂

And to EVERYONE who waited patiently in line — THANK YOU! 🙏
We know the lines were long, and we truly appreciate every single one of you who decided to wait for Las Delicias.

And after almost 200 POUNDS OF STRAWBERRIES 🍓🍓🍓…

I think we can officially confirm that YOU GUYS REALLY, REALLY LOVE OUR STRAWBERRIES! 😂❤️

Kewanee, thank you for being part of our dream and for helping us get just a little bit closer to our goals with every taco, every torta, every strawberry cup and every agua fresca you buy from us.

And a HUGE thank you to Kewanee Hog Days for letting us be part of this amazing event. We’re exhausted, our feet may never recover… but our hearts are VERY happy. ❤️

Now… if you somehow survived Hog Days and STILL have a craving… 👀

WE’RE NOT DONE YET! 😂

📍 Tomorrow at the Kewanee Farmers' Market
⏰ 4–8 PM

Come see us, say hi, and get your Las Delicias fix! 🌮🍓🔥

Because apparently… 200 pounds of strawberries still wasn’t enough. 😂🍓

Thank you, Kewanee! ❤️

09/07/2026

Our plan: bring extra food and extra strawberries so we could stay open until 11 PM. 😅

Reality: closing at 9 PM because we literally have NOTHING. NOTHING means NOTHING. 😂

We are completely SOLD OUT!

A huge THANK YOU to every single one of you. ❤️
To those who come see us every day, to those who wait patiently (sometimes for quite a while) just to get served, and to everyone who takes the time to give us feedback — we truly appreciate you more than you know.

Seeing how much you enjoy our food makes all the hard work worth it. 🥹❤️

And because we know how much you love it… tomorrow there will be NO BIRRIA 😭

BUT… we WILL have BRISKET! 🔥

So come early tomorrow, because if today taught us anything… you better get here before we run out again! 😂

Thank you for keeping us busy, supporting our little business, and loving what we make. ❤️

We’ll see you tomorrow! 🍓🌮

09/03/2026

🔥 WE REALLY TRIED… BUT WE JUST CAN’T DO IT! 😂

We honestly wanted to skip making tortas at the fair this year because we want to serve everyone as quickly as possible…

BUT IT’S IMPOSSIBLE! 😅
We KNOW how much you love them, and judging by how many of you ask for them… we simply can’t leave them off the menu! ❤️

And since we’re talking about your favorites… 👀
One of our most requested items is coming straight to the Kewanee HOG DAYS!!!

🔥 BIRRIA IS COMING! 🔥
Quesabirrias, birria tacos, torta… and all that delicious flavor you’ve been asking for!

We can’t wait to see all of you! 🌮❤️

Tacos
Tortas
Quesadillas
Aguas frescas
Of corse the most delicious FRESAS CON CREMA and DUBAI 🍓🍓🍓

🎉 We’re hoping our 4th year will be another HUGE success!
Thank you for supporting us year after year. We truly couldn’t do this without you!

📍 See you at HOG DAYS!
Come hungry… we’ll take care of the rest! 😋🔥
