I’ve heard some of yall are wanting some rolls for this holiday season! So I have made these for my friends at Smokey D's Family Restaurant who are having an online auction tomorrow!!The money made from the bake sale will go to St. Judes! ❤️

✨ Better late than never… GARLIC BREAD time! 🥖🧄
Brush your sourdough slices with olive oil (or butter), sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Pop it in the oven until golden + melty — and you’ve got the ultimate side dish (or snack 😍)!

✨ Sourdough Sunday ✨
Nothing goes to waste here — yesterday’s loaves become today’s golden, crunchy croutons! 🥖✨ They’re perfect for topping soups, salads, or just snacking straight from the tray (we won’t judge 😉).

Fresh loaves today, croutons tomorrow — that’s the beauty of sourdough. 💛

Recipe:

Oven
1️⃣ Slice sourdough (the ends work best!)
2️⃣ Cut into 1-inch cubes & spread on a sheet pan
3️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil until coated
4️⃣ Season with:
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning (or to taste!)
5️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 10–13 min — until golden + crisp ✨

Air Fryer:
1️⃣ Cube your sourdough + toss with olive oil & seasoning
2️⃣ Place in a single layer in your air fryer basket
3️⃣ Air fry at 325°F for 5–10 min, flipping halfway
4️⃣ Stop when they’re golden, crispy, & irresistible 😍
