It’s been a long day. 13 hrs in the kitchen on my feet. And many hiccups to work through. But it’s finally done. All of these were made today. Nothing better than made from scratch. Except when it decides to storm while making fresh whipped cream frosting. Man, if you know you know. So much product wasted and an extra trip to the store. But finally got the humidity adjusted in the house and everything turned out better. Hope everyone enjoys. This woman is putting up her feet and icing down her back.

Just got back from celebrating my baby boys graduation along with his girlfriend. Such a proud mommy moment. And I had the pleasure of making their graduation cakes and throwing them a little party. I can’t believe how well the cakes held up for the 5 hr drive and the hr to the venue the next day.
