Welcome to Betsy's Home Bakes where I use specially ordered stone ground organic flour, carefully implemented in my sourdough breads, rolls, buns, quick breads, cookies, along with freshly squeezed citrus, eggs from my chickens and fresh whole raw milk when the recipe calls. My garden produce is also available for quick breads.
