Hi friends! We’ll be taking most of the 4th of July weekend off! The stand will be opened Thursday only that weekend and we will not be at the CJFM. I’ll be doing preorders as well if you want to make sure you get your goodies! Menu will be posted next week, please let me know if you have any requests! 😃🎆❤️🤍💙

I love watching the dough transform throughout the process as the wild yeasts work their magic developing flavor and gluten strength! Especially the ciabatta rolls, they start so shaggy and are so smooth and airy at the end! 😃Here’s a little peek at some of the dough throughout our dough day! 🥖❤️

Happy Wednesday! The kids and I have been having a blast trying new recipe and snack ideas and we’ve got some to share this week! 😃 Here’s the menu:

🥖organic sourdough bread:
*Original- our classic recipe with a soft crumb and crispy crust, the perfect base!
* Sesame Seed- black and white sesame seeds and locally made sesame gomasio make this a nutty aromatic bread that is SO good!
*Oregon Trail- with organic raisins, sprouted pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds this is hearty with a touch of sweetness!
* Ciabatta rolls- fluffy and airy inside with a chewy crust these are perfect for sandwiches or just to grab as a snack and eat plain lol the kids fav snack this week!
*Sandwich bread- super soft and light our enriched bread holds all your toppings!

🍪Cookies:
*Sourdough Brown butter chocolate chip- rich brown butter and sourdough are the perfect combination, these cookies are long fermented before being baked up fresh for ya!
*Dad Bod- filled with Nutella with chocolate chips and M&M’s throughout they’re the perfect treat for dad!
*Oatmeal cream pies- these are always a favorite! Chewy oatmeal cookies with a rich buttercream between them! Your childhood favorite but made with love!
*Candied Pecans- These are such a delicious sweet snack! It’s so hard to put them down once you start! 😍

🍭Treats:
* Scones: sourdough lemon blueberry scones & honey lavender lemon- buttery flaky deliciousness!
*Cookies & Cream Bar- Hershey’s cookies and cream and Oreos meet in a rich cookie base for a super decadent treat!
*Sourdough brownies- our super rich and delicious sourdough brownies! 🍫 a totally decadent chocolate treat!
* Sourdough long fermented granola- this is the best granola I’ve had! Made with organic oats and pumpkin, sunflower, raisins & h**p seeds with raw local honey all fermented for over 24hrs before being slow baked to crispy perfection! Perfect for breakfast or just by the handful!
* Saturday morning sourdough cinnamon rolls- as always we will have fresh out the oven cinnamon rolls for you! Made with ❤️

We also have our sourdough pancake mix restocked and fresh canned jams made from Idas chemical free berries in the stand this weekend along with cowboy candy! 🥰

Come by and see us half a mile up Kerbymainline on the right hand side Thur- Saturday from 10-7 and Friday at the Cave Junction Farmers' Market from 4-7!

Don’t forget our community pantry is open 24/7 for those in need and if you have extras we are so grateful for any donations to help keep it stocked! Have you tried our sourdough brown butter chocolate chip cookies?! 🍪 These are without a doubt the most popular cookie we make for a good reason! They are full of rich brown butter, organic flour, loads of chocolate chips and are long fermented for 24-48 hours before being baked fresh for the stand each day! I wish I could accurately convey how GINORMOUS this bowl is lol 😂 we make so many these days I have to mix by hand because the machines I have just can’t handle this amount 😅 We’re so thankful for all the support and the ability to share our favorite treats with all of you! 🥰🥰

I got this amazing black sesame gomasio seasoning at the farmers market and am completely obsessed with it, it goes on everything! Really I’m quite tempted to just eat it with a spoon lol 😂 I knew I needed to try it in some sourdough and it did not disappoint! 🤩Sesame sourdough, so nutty, aromatic and hearty! 🤤🥖

We’re open a little early today and stocked with more lemon blueberry goodness and fresh out the oven soft sourdough cinnamon rolls! 💙🍋🫐
These blueberry lemon sweet rolls are amazing and the blueberries were just picked yesterday and delivered fresh from Ida! 🥰
