Happy graduation day to IVHS seniors 2026!! 🎓👏🏻
We’re open tomorrow and here’s our menu for the week! We’ve got some lovely fresh goodies with rhubarb (grown with love from a coworker of my husbands and a neighbor) and cleanly grown strawberries and a new grain on the list- Spelt. Spelt is an ancient, hulled wheat variety with a nutty, slightly sweet flavor, rich in protein, fiber, and minerals like magnesium and iron.
🥖Organic Sourdough Bread:
* Original Artisan Bread- our tangy long fermented classic.
* Cranberry Pepperjack- sweet dried cranberries with a pepperjack bite!
* Seeded Spelt- organic spelt with touches of organic whole grain and organic rye with flaxseed, black sesame and h**p heart!
* Sandwich bread- our super soft enriched bread.
* Everyday Sandwich- this is a mix of whole wheat and regular in the perfect square shape for all your sandwich fixins!
*Fougasse (French Flatbread)- a delicious airy and crispy flatbread topped with either herbs de Provence or Za’Atar seasoning(an earthy middle Eastern blend) and sesame seeds this is an awesome addition to any meal (or break off a chunk and eat it alone like I do 🤣)
🍪Cookies:
* Sourdough Chocolate Cookie- A rich decadent cookie with organic cocoa, tangy sourdough and flaky sea salt. So good!
*Hilltop Chocolate Chipper- our chunky 3.5+oz cookie with chocolate chunks and chips throughout.
* Gluten free- a delicious gluten free chocolate chip cookie!
🍭Treats:
*Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp- sweet strawberries with tart rhubarb topped with a buttery organic crumble!
* Sourdough Rhubarb sweet bread- a delicious bread with chunks of rhubarb throughout and topped with spiced orange sugar.
*Sourdough Lemon Blueberry bread with lemon glaze- our favorite combo in a sweet bread!
*Sourdough Brown Butter Chocolate Chip pecan blondies- made with organic whole grain and spelt flour, raw local honey, and brown butter these are an absolutely decadent treat. My favorite of the week! 🤤
*Saturday morning cinnamon rolls- as always we’ll have warm fresh out of the oven sourdough cinnamon rolls!
I just made fresh strawberry jam yesterday and feel like maybe we need strawberry cinnamon rolls too?! What do you think?
Find us half a mile up Kerbymainline on the right hand side in Kerby Oregon. Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10-7. We will also be at the Cave Junction Farmers' Market this Friday from 4-7! We can’t wait to see you!
