Today is gonna be a great day to do some gluten free baking.
Not sure what all I'm gonna make but I know it's gonna be divided three ways.
1/3 for my beauty of a daughter Heather , 1/3 for my fun fun sis in law and 1/3 for a precious little boy I met in Port Neches Tx whose mother found out he has a gluten intolerance as well.
If and when my back gives out , never fear Mamaw will rest it and get back to work for shipment Monday.

MaMaws tip of the day! When baking and a recipe calls for buttermilk, add 1 tsp of vinegar to every 1cup of homogenized milk and stir. Happy Baking :)
