Okay… I think I did something. 👀🍎🤎

What started as a “what can I make before work?” experiment may have just earned itself a spot on The Cozy Crumb fall menu.

✨ Salted Caramel Apple Crumble Sourdough Blondies ✨

A chewy brown butter sourdough blondie layered with cinnamon apples, ribbons of homemade salted caramel, and a buttery brown sugar cinnamon crumble.

I took the test batch to work tonight and… these were PHENOMENAL. 🤤

Chewy edges. Gooey caramel pockets. Soft cinnamon apples. That crunchy crumble on top. The sweet + salty situation happening here is just 🤌🏼.

I think these need to make an appearance for the fall menu. 👀

Soft, fluffy sourdough cinnamon rolls filled with warm cinnamon-spiced apples and finished with a vanilla glaze.

🍎 NEW Apple Cinnamon Rolls
Soft, fluffy sourdough cinnamon rolls filled with cinnamon-spiced apples and finished with a light vanilla glaze. Basically apple pie meets cinnamon roll. 🤤

🥞 NEW Maple French Toast Cupcakes
Slow-fermented sourdough cinnamon-maple cupcakes stuffed with a gooey maple brown sugar center, topped with maple buttercream + cinnamon sugar.

🎃 NEW Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes
Soft pumpkin spice sourdough cupcakes with a gooey brown sugar cinnamon filling and maple-vanilla buttercream .

🎃 Pumpkin Spice Scones
I tested these and… YEP. 😂🤎 They HAD to make the menu. Cozy, warmly spiced, filed with a brown sugar pumpkin layer and finished with a sweet glaze.

🍫 Sourdough Fudge Brownies
You guys asked for brownies A LOT, so we’re keeping these classic — thick, fudgy, chocolatey and made with sourdough. 🤎

I’ve been busy in the kitchen testing some new flavors, and I think we have some winners! 🤍

✨ Banana Pudding
Slow- fermented sourdough banana cupcake filled with creamy banana pudding topped with a cloud of vanilla buttercream and a Nilla Wafer.

✨ Lemon Blueberry
Slow-fermented sourdough lemon cupcake filled with homemade blueberry compote and topped with lemon buttercream.

✨ Buckeye
Rich chocolate sourdough cupcake stuffed with a creamy peanut butter center and topped with chocolate buttercream and peanut butter drizzle.

✨ S’mores
Graham cracker sourdough cupcake filled with marshmallow cream, topped with chocolate buttercream, graham cracker crumbs, and marshmallow goodness.
