We had an amazing response when we posted baristas positions open a week ago , and we’re all hired up in that area.
Now, we would like some help from our followers and help us find an experienced cook for our kitchen team.

My last trip to Croatia in May of this year, I posted about Mr Fox eyeing our chickens , and how we were in fear of losing them.
Soon after I left, Mr Fox indeed made his way to the chicken coop and POOFF, our chickens were gone .
This week we got our mom new chickens.
They will be laying eggs in no time.
And Mr Fox ,you better stay away.

This year we headed to Istria, instead of Dalmatia .
Same country, different vibe .
We explored, Labin, P**a , and Rovinj .
We have to say that, besides Hvar , Rovinj is now at the top of our list.
If you ever happen to be in Istria (Croatia), make a stop.
You will not be disappointed.

The neighbors let us pick figs from their trees, as many as we wanted.
Then we went to the city and brought the most beautiful and delicious cakes home.
These events followed by us going to dinner to my cousins house.
I ate more desserts there that his wife made.
To summarize the day , I overdosed with sugar and now I’m awake at 4 am .
Instead of doing sleeping exercises, my husband asked for more sweets.
My mother’s pantry is right next to our room and loaded with chocolate and cookies.
So , that didn’t help…
Next is , roosters are going to crow right when we start falling asleep, wanna bet ? …

We arrived at my family’s home tonight.
The time sits still here ..
My mom still cooks in her pots from the 70’s , grapes are ready to be picked, coffee is enjoyed at 8 pm , and per usual, everything on the table is grown and cooked by my mother.
The potatoes, the beans, fried chicken and her famous tomatoes.
