The oven is officially off, the bakery is stocked, and we are ready for you! ❤️

And just look at this Jalapeño Bacon & Cheese loaf! 🌶️🥓🧀 One of our favorite savory combinations, baked right into our sourdough.

It’s Bagel Drop Thursday + Bread Day, and we are BUSY getting everything ready for you! 👏

Here’s what’s happening in the bakery this morning:

🥖 Focaccia is hanging out in the proofer
🥐 Scones are in the oven RIGHT NOW
🥯 Bagels are in the proofer getting ready for their bath 🛁
🍞 As soon as those scones are done, the loaves are going straight into the oven!

Then Chase & Elly are taking over and working on our rolls. I’m hoping we’ll have those ready before 1 PM! 🤞

Once the bread is baked, we’re shutting down the oven and switching gears to get ALL the desserts ready for tomorrow. 🍪🍓🍁

We open at 12 PM, so come grab your bread, bagels, focaccia and scones while they’re fresh!
