Wow. What a day. ❤️

It’s only 5:10 PM and you guys have kept us running all day long. Thank you so much for showing up, placing DoorDash orders, sharing our posts, and supporting our little bakery.

We spent most of today making PopTarts and you all nearly cleared us out. At this point, we only have 7 Raspberry PopTarts left.

The good news? Everything else is baked, stocked, and ready to go! We have fresh sourdough loaves, focaccias, bagels, rolls, cookies, cookie sandwiches, bars, scones, and more available.

🎉 POPTART UPDATE! 🎉

You guys have been asking all morning, and I have good news… the PopTarts are done! We are frosting them right now and they should be ready within the next 30 minutes.

We put all of our focus and energy into getting PopTarts made today, so our rolls are running a little behind schedule. They are currently being made and headed into the proofer. Our goal is to have them baked and ready by around 2:00 PM.

Fresh loaves are already out of the oven, focaccias and scones are baking right now, and we still have a few bagels available.

We have all of our goodies out today except for the rolls, which we’re actively working on. Once those are finished, we’re heading right back into making MORE PopTarts because you guys have been keeping us busy!

DoorDash will be updated throughout the day as items become available.

Thank you all for your patience while Chase and I work through today’s bake. Being in a shared kitchen and having a small team means things don’t always move as fast as we’d like, but we’re working hard to keep everything stocked and fresh for you.

Holy cow, you guys — thank you so much for your patience and support while we’ve been working nonstop behind the scenes. It truly means everything to us.

Today was a big production day, and we’re already gearing up for tomorrow. We’re coming in extra early in the morning to get as many Pop-Tarts as possible on the racks for you, and to make sure everything is fully stocked and ready.

Right now, we’ve got lemon blueberry bars in the oven and they’ll be ready for tomorrow. We’re also prepping all the good stuff so the cases are packed and fresh for you.

Happy Friday everyone ☀️

Chase and I have been working nonstop since yesterday trying to get everything baked, stocked, and ready for you guys. With us being in a shared kitchen space and it being just the two of us, sometimes things don’t move as fast as we hope.

Right now, PopTarts, rolls, and lemon blueberry bars are still being worked on and are not ready yet. BUT we still have plenty of goodies available today including cookies, brownies, scones, loaves, focaccia, pizza dough, and more 🤍

We’ll keep you all updated throughout the day as more items become available. Thank you guys so much for the patience, support, and love you continue to show our small business 🖤

Cinnamon rolls are out and they’re loaded today.

We make them on our sourdough roll dough, layered with organic cane sugar, organic cinnamon, and real butter, then finish them with our homemade buttercream frosting made with Madagascar vanilla.

Soft, rich, warm, and packed with flavor from start to finish. These are one of those “you need a second one” kind of rolls.

Made fresh in small batches and available until sold out.

Wow… thank you guys so much 💛

I truly did not expect this many messages, comments, tags, and recommendations. This community always shows up in the best way.

I’m going to start going through everything tonight and reaching out to the different organizations, shelters, food banks, churches, and programs you all suggested. My goal is to build a consistent system so extra bread and baked goods can keep helping people in our community instead of going to waste.

Seriously, thank you for taking the time to comment, share, and help connect me with places in need. It means a lot to me and to my bakery.
