The focaccia just came out of the proofer and it’s doing that perfect jiggle that tells us it’s ready. We’re loading it up with all the goodies before it hits the oven, and the whole kitchen smells unreal right now at 1 PM.

We’ve got fresh sourdough, focaccia, cookies, PopTarts, and more coming out all day. Also a heads up — our honey oat loaf is disappearing fast and we’re not 100% sure it will make it to tomorrow.

If you’ve been waiting, now’s the time to swing in.

Today is a busy day in the bakery as we work hard to make sure we have enough goodies for both the bakery and the 3 Eyed Fish Farmers Market tomorrow! We’re baking, mixing, shaping, and frosting our way through the day so we can keep the shelves stocked with all your favorites.

📍 PopTart Update: Our Cherry, Raspberry, and Strawberry PopTarts are in production right now. They may not be available right at noon, but they should be ready around 1 PM. Once they’re finished, they’ll be available in-store and on DoorDash. We’re making enough for both today and tomorrow, so thank you for being patient while we get them baked fresh!

Sharp cheddar, dill pickles, sourdough goodness, and that crispy focaccia crust. If you’re a pickle lover, this one might be your new favorite.

🍯🌾 Honey Oat Sourdough

I’ve been squishing it a little too much today 😅

Same honest loaf: flour, water, salt, sourdough starter, honey, and oats. Naturally fermented, slow proofed, real bread. No commercial yeast, no shortcuts.

Still holding up like it should.
