Until recently, Traditional New Orleans Style King Cakes were the only product we offered to our retail customers, but due to overwhelming requests we decided to restructure and offer our customers a variety of our traditional and some times over-the-top items.... YEAR ROUND!! Cartozzo's would like to introduce you to their award winning King Cake Creations, many never seen before by the general public. Like our Red Velvet King Cake, or our Crawfish King Cake, or a Muffuletta King Cake! Carnival, festival, and convention seasons here in New Orleans bring a crowd that's curious about local cuisine. Decades ago we developed crawfish bread, crawfish pies, among others to satisfy their cravings. These two items sum up the entire New Orleans flavor in one bite.
