Usually June-August I lay low because of the heat, and I guess that's how it's going to be this year as well 😆.
I know I'm looking forward to a little pool time once I'm back on my feet though!

I thought I could handle getting back into the kitchen today, but that is not the case. If you have placed orders with me, I will still be able to make them, but will not be taking on any new orders for a little while.

On Monday I had an accident on the way to the shop on my e-scooter. I took a corner too fast and lost control. As a result I have road rash on my face, knee, legs, and arm. I also have bruising all over and possible sprained my right hand and left knee and well as jammed a finger. I didn't feel bad enough to go to the ER, but I am pretty banged up.

I will keep y'all updated as to when I'm back at it. I just need my hand to heal and then I'll be good to go!

This is an old photo from the Fruit Shoot last year, but today we are at the Karnes 4H Shooting Sports Rifle clinic. Silas loves these events and is a really good shot too.
