This cake is still one of my favorites! I love the royal icing transfers 🍔🍕🍟 I still think they are some of the best ways to make cake accents/custom sprinkles ✨

Campfire cookie 🍪 ⛺️

ylds 18- 3oz cookies

* 1C butter
* 1C sugar
* 1C brown or db sugar
* 2tsp vanilla
* 2 eggs
* 3C flour
* 1/2tsp baking soda
* 1/2tsp baking powder
* 1tsp salt
* 2tsp cornstarch
* I added dark chocolate chips, semi sweet cc, a Ghirardelli white chocolate bar and some graham crackers — at least 2C of add-ins.
* Marshmallows — optional

- cream butter and sugars together until combined. apx. 1 min
- Add in eggs/vanilla and cream until light. apx. 1-2 mins
- Mix dry ings in a separate bowl. Make sure to whisk your dry ingredients so the powders can evenly disperse
- Add to wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Add chocolate chips and any extras in and hand mix with a spatula to incorporate.
- I weighed my cookies to 3oz. I flattened the dough out and placed my marshmallow inside and made sure it was sealed completely. Put onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and pop into the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- I baked 6 to a sheet and added graham crackers to the bottom of the cookies before baking. Double check you have no marshmallow visible before baking.
- Heat oven to 350 and bake for 15-18 minutes, depending on your oven.

This cookie is a great base recipe and I have been tweaking it for years! I loved these cookies and was nervous adding the marshmallows in the middle, but I loved how they turned out! They had the perfect sweetness too it but I think next time I will dress them up with some chocolate drizzle🍫 🤤

Save this for later and let me know if you try them out!
