Southlake Apex Holiday Party. 2 Small plates of 2R Wellborn Ranch Beef Tenderloin with Merchand De Vin Sauce with Onions, and Apricots Julienned and glazed, garnished with beech mushrooms. Fruit Caramel balls and chocolate edible mousse spoons with blackberry. A Symphony quartet entertained the guests. What a very enjoyable party!

Our Food theme is Tornado's with the beginning of the storm in the fall with Pumpkin soup, as the Storm arrives with a tornado we served a Salmon tornado with a bearnaise sauce and a destruction themed Charcuterie display along with a tornado designed stuffed pepperdews. As the storm leaves it ends with a Rainbow of dipped Oreos in rainbow colors. Food can be fun and it can be Art too.
