When things look especially dire in our lives, we sometimes need a little help turning our frown upside down. Doing just that can come in a variety of forms—a real (or virtual) hug, a simple kind word or compliment from a stranger that boosts our mood, or even reading/studying HIS word that help us reflect on life's many blessings, especially this time of year. Because it's nice to be reminded that there is a Savior who loves us, walks with us, hears our prayers, and has sacrificed His Life to Save us.
