I have had the privilege to work on a special project this week. These cookies will be auctioned off to benefit Lennox Schemmel who has been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. The funds raised will go towards a clinical trial that she will be participating in. Her father is a deputy with the Cooke County Sheriff’s office. The benefit dinner and auction are tomorrow night 1/6 In Gainesville, Texas. There will be appearances by Spiderman, Captain America and country legend Randy Travis will be stopping by. I’ve attached the benefit flyer if you’d like more info.
