🇧🇷⚽ GAME DAY: BRAZIL EDITION ⚽🇧🇷
If you know me, you know this lineup is extra special.. you might have guessed by all the Brasil stories I’ve been posting lol
Long story short that no one asked for:
I was born and raised in GV - Minas Gerais, Brazil, where food isn’t just food—it’s how we celebrate, gather, and show love. Sunday lunch at grandma’s was always a must and so special!
So for today’s Brazil vs. Morocco match, I wanted to bring a little piece of home to the cookie room. And no, I did not make Pao de Queijo cookie… it’s not a bad idea tho lol
This week’s lineup is inspired by some of Brazil’s most beloved flavors… and yes.. I did add some peanut butter and jelly which is not Brazilian at all…
1. Rio Brigadeiro
Brownie cookie topped with rich brigadeiro and chocolate sprinkles.
2. Copacabana Caipirinha
Lime cookie with a hint of cachaça, finished with a cachaça glaze and fresh lime.
3. Little Rio Lime
The kid-friendly version of our Caipirinha cookie, dusted with powdered sugar.
4. Tropical Guava Dream
Coconut guava cookie topped with silky guava cream cheese icing.
5. Golden Doce Delight
Cinnamon-kissed cookie stuffed with doce de leite and topped with cream cheese icing and more doce de leite.
6. Maracanã Lava Cake
Chocolate cookie overflowing with bittersweet molten chocolate.
7. Amazon Rainforest Berry PB Bliss
Chocolate raspberry cookie filled with peanut butter and finished with peanut butter and raspberry topping.
8. Lavender Fields of Brazil
Honey lavender cookie drizzled with a delicate honey glaze.
9. The Final Whistle Chip
Melted butter chocolate chip cookie—simple, classic, and always a winner.

As someone from Minas Gerais, I have to say: nothing beats a good doce de leite and a cup of coffee—but these cookies come pretty close.
