My Keto cinnamon rolls were pretty darn good, but still not something I craved or wanted to stick my face in ;) mainly cause I'm not a huge cinnamon roll fan...so I've been tweaking here and there and I can honestly say these are now truly crave worthy!!! If you haven't tried these yet you're missing out. If you have tried them, they're even better!

Was busy working on this little beauty the last few days for a wedding up in Logan area. Dried pressed edible flower cakes are a new trend and this was super fun to do! It's hard transporting a buttercream cake in Utah August heat two hours though and we had a cake mishap so had to do some emergency repairs on site and lost the bottom layer (which could still be served just not displayed)...it's still a beauty and tastes amazing! White cake with raspberry filling and almond buttercream, one of my favorite combinations...

Yay! Picked up my bulk Lakanto sweeteners today (did you know Lakanto is based out of Orem, small world)...no more going to the store every other day and spending a fortune on tiny little bags of sweetener. This means I can bake and try new yumminess to my hearts content and I have been having so much fun trying new things. Today I did Cinnamon rolls and bagels. I'm not a huge fan of cinnamon rolls (I will only eat Cinabon and the ones at IKEA, weird right) so I'm not a good judge on those. I think they definitely need more cinnamon and goo inside...anywho, the bagels oh the bagels! Perfect texture! So yummy toasted with butter and cream cheese (don't judge). They were down right fugly though and the seasoning I tried can be better but all in all a success and looks aren't everything right. So just a bit of tweaking on those and we can do a full on happy dance (or Futterwack, for the Alice in Wonderland fans) so flavor options, hmmmm....if you were a bagel what flavor would you be?

I need some feedback on these keto cinnamon rolls...next 7 orders get a free two pack of cinnamon buns :)
