e that although I agree that fondant can make some beautiful looking cakes in my opinion it takes away from flavor! I have made beautiful cakes for Birthdays and for weddings that not only look amazing, but taste amazing! I am a firm believer that you can have both a beautiful cake that tastes as good as it looks.
