NOT MY CAKE.. however, if your venue is outside with zero access to any AC, there is literally nothing anyone can do to stop this from happening. Extreme heat (so 99 degrees F and up) is not only going to quickly melt buttercream to liquid form, it also dries out the cake itself and warps the texture and overall quality. If you want to have a beautiful event outside I would recommend just opting for a different type of dessert for guests and not expect to have a big traditional wedding cake for that venue choice.
