🍖 Help our student pitmasters get to competitions! $5 Sweep Tickets! 🔥
I'm asking for some help raising funds for my high school culinary club The Fire & Flavor Society at Lamar Consolidated High School. We are raising funds to support our student BBQ competition teams as they travel across Texas to compete against other high school pitmasters next season.

Our students work hard learning the art of traditional Texas barbecue—smoking brisket, ribs, chicken, and preparing classic sides and desserts. These competitions give them the chance to build culinary skills, teamwork, leadership, and real-world cooking experience.

To help fund travel, supplies, and competition entry fees, we are hosting a BBQ Raffle Fundraiser, and the prizes are delicious!

Backyard BBQ Party for up to 40 guests
Our Fire & Flavor Society student pitmasters will prepare and serve an authentic Texas-style barbecue meal for you and your guests. Perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, graduation parties, or neighborhood get-togethers.

🔥 Second Prize:
Backyard BBQ Party for up to 20 guests
Enjoy a smaller but equally delicious backyard barbecue prepared by our competition BBQ team.

Pie of the Month for a Year
Receive one freshly baked homemade pie each month for 12 months, made by our talented culinary students.

Every ticket purchased helps our students represent Lamar Consolidated High School and the Rosenberg community as they travel to BBQ competitions across Texas next year.

Hey Yall, Dish Society is running an awesome Valentines special. First you need to purchase 35 dollars or more from them of delicious foods and beverages. Then, you can download the Dish Society app from any app store, choose the reward and redeem it online or in restaurant between Feb 12-14 for your choice of a Ghirardelli Chocolate Silk Pie Slice or a Miss Daisy’s Fudge Pie Slice. Remember that pie is so great on Valentines, or any time!!
