I have opened shop out of our home to create specialty cakes, chocolates and confections for any occasion! My past experience includes working as a cake decorator at the Rockefeller Center Magnolia Bakery location in NYC. Then, I ran the bakery program at a bakeshop in Serenbe GA. From there, I moved to Napa Valley to further my career and work in fine dining. I started work at Calistoga Ranch, an
Auberge Resort in the pastry department. I then transitioned to chocolate work and started working at La Foret chocolates and confections shop where I was the head chocolatier. It was there I learned under the previous chocolatier from the French Laundry. In my last few years in Napa Valley, I worked as the pastry chef at Joseph Phelps Vineyards doing very high end pastries, chocolates and plated desserts for food and wine pairings, exclusive member dinners and private member events. We then relocated to Katy, TX to grow and build our family and absolutely fell in love with Texas. I believe in only creating the best and that includes the ingredients that are used in anything I make. I use quality ingredients such as Valrhona chocolate, Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Beans, homemade fondant, premium butter and cream. The better quality the ingredients are, the better the confection will be.
