Since the 4th of July falls on a Saturday this year, we will be closed. The good news is that we will be open Thursday, July 2 from 10:00-5:00 & Friday, July 3 from 12:00-5:00! (If you need 10:00 pickup on Friday the 3rd please specify at the time of ordering and that’s no problem!) Our full menu is available at ashleighsbakeshop.com/menu. Update!! We are totally full on orders for this weekend due to Easter! Thank you so much!! We won’t have extras in the shop unfortunately as our oven, fridge, and freezer is maxed out for the week with Easter bakes. As always, it’s never too early to order for the following weekend, so call or text us to place an order for April 10 and beyond! Okay…off to finish my grocery shopping! 🥕

Update on Easter weekend as it’s just around the corner…🐰We will be open Friday, April 3rd from 10:00-5:00 and Saturday, April 4th we will be open for special order pickups only from 12:00-3:00. If we happen to have any extra pies available I will post here! Since we are so small, our cream pies, meringues and key limes for Saturday the 4th are full but we do still have space to accept fruit pie orders as well as a few more quiche orders. Call or text us at 816-598-3283 to place your Easter weekend orders before they’re totally full! (And of course we will see you this Friday and Saturday for our regular hours!) 🐇

Pi Day is upon us! A week from this Saturday, March 14, is Pi Day! Ordering is now closed for Pi Day, and since we are so small we recommend getting there early. We will sell out early on Pi Day. 🥧🎉 Otherwise, we are open this Friday and Saturday 10:00-5:00, so stop by for pie! ❤️
