After three years in existence, New Traditionalist Bread is moving into the future with the mission of bringing hand-crafted bread and empowerment to your home. I have assisted hundreds of people in furthering their appreciation and passion for great bread, and I want to help you, too. Host a NewTra Party, and your kitchen will be the site of a hands-on demonstration of the techniques and skills necessary to make world-class organic artisan bread in your own home.

If you love baking, cooking, fermenting, and other traditional pursuits, and your friends do, too, you should host a class with me. We will have fun and learn to make organic, naturally leavened (sourdough) bread in your kitchen. Afterwards, you and your friends will have your own sourdough cultures and the ability to use your knowledge and freedom of choice to make your own, better quality, more natural bread products. Score!
