With summer around the corner here’s another throwback to a cake I did for Jays birthday a year ago! It has light lemon flavored cake layers with a strawberry basil compote filling and some whipped marscapone frosting. Perfect type of cake for the start of summer! 🍋 🍰 ☀️

Made these simple but sweet cakes for a friend’s little one’s first birthday party! The little smash cake has vanilla cake layers with American buttercream for a sweet boy topped with some fun animals ready for a party! The bigger cake is for the adults as it has vanilla cake layers with a cream cheese frosting to give it that slight tang with the sweet!

Happy St. Patty’s Day to everyone! I made some lucky charms cookies for a little taste of the rainbow today since I couldn’t get a pot of gold. They are crispy on the outside with a chewy middle and the marshmallows gives it a soft texture! 🌈 🍀

This weather is starting to remind me of spring, which reminds me of flowers which reminds me of a cake I did with… you guessed it, flowers 💐 🎂

I made this cake as a practice cake for my cousins wedding. We have a three layer funfetti cake with American buttercream and a chocolate ganache underneath some beautiful flowers! Theme I was going for was gothic girlie which is what she reminds me of 💗

With St. Patty’s day coming up who wouldn’t like some mint chocolate brownies?! The star of the show is the mint buttercream sandwiched between a fudgey brownie on bottom and chocolate ganache as the top layer. However, mint chocolate isn’t limited to just St. Patty’s day 😏 hit me up if you’re interested! I’ll be taking orders now and well through St. Patty’s day 😊

Chocolate lovers UNITE!! This is a chocolate lovers dream, hubby requested a chocolate cake one year and he definitely got it! Inside are deep, rich chocolate layers with a chocolate buttercream and ganache filling. On top hubby requested some Ferrero rocher, Twix, Reese’s, chocolate poky sticks, kisses and a dark chocolate peanut bark! 🍫🍰

It’s sweating cause it knows it so dang good… but really some condensation can happen when moving from a cold climate to a hot one without easing it in 😏
