Meet the enrober, the machine behind the magic. A cascading curtain of chocolate flows over each piece, creating that beautiful shell and signature snap. Some of our treats even receive up to three luxurious layers of chocolate 🤎

And here’s a little André’s history: when Marcel Bollier bought this machine at the age of 26, he didn’t exactly ask his father, André 👀 But that bold decision ended up revolutionizing our production.
