This Ethiopian is from the Guji/Yirgacheffe region and typically is natural processed to enhance the juicy notes, like blueberry and cherry. This coffee is washed, meaning the cherries are washed away before drying to be roasted. The flavor profile of this coffee are Lemon-lime, raspberry, and ginger snap. 9:10 for your tasting experience!
