As always, the old debate. Is it the cook, or is it the ingredients? In my honest opinion, it's only worthwhile to discuss, and never a good idea to conclude.

Good day, friends.

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Jason Provo, Chef/Owner of on 55th and Troost (KCMO).

I am proud to announce that I am the new owner of Marion Milling. The good news is, Will and I are keeping the product exactly the same!!

The bad news is...... Well, actually, there isn't any bad news. We plan to add a bread baking component to the operation. We want to grow the brand and get more of this product on your plate!
