I'm making plenty of these lovely loaves for tomorrow for our first of many indoor winter markets.

Swing through from 9am-noon, 11/4 to get a loaf of naturally leavened bread made from locally milled organic grains before they sell out. You can also pick up a bag of fresh milled flour for all your fall baking needs.

I'll have quite the selection for you on a chilly fall morning. As always, first come first served so get here early to get your choice. All of these naturally leavened loaves are made from organic grains that are locally milled by flour. Come taste the difference!

Unfortunately we are still without power and could not bake for market this week.

Such a shame to see so many wasted loaves of dough. I wish I could have baked them for you! Hope to be up and running next week!
