White River Baking Company KC Your personal scratch baker. With just shy of 30 years in commercial and private bakeries we've learned a lot of skills, technique and tricks of the trade.

After a rough week at work, over a cold beer and a well done burger on the banks of the White River in Arkansas, family finally convinced us to give it a go. This means using fresh wherever possible be it eggs and produce from our friends farm in Salina, herbs from our own indoor jungle, and a whirl around in the navy blue Kitchen Aide named Francesca. We've got ideas and would love to share them with you.
