Just putting a few feelers out there........I would really like to get back into doing my bread thing at Farmers Markets and such, but I just cannot make it work in a 1 oven kitchen. If anyone knows of a place that has a kitchen that they are not using and would maybe be for renting it out, please let me know so I can reach out. I have no idea if this will actually come to fruition this year, but I'd like to at the very least look into the possibility and decide if I can make a profit worth while again. Belle's Breads

I am very excited to be a part of the Winter Wander this year🎄
Usually I come to spend money.....now I get to spend the money I make!😅 There will be lots of great vendors there to knock some things off your Christmas lists!🎁 I will have the usual favorites, along with some more smaller snack items to fuel you while you shop. See you there!🥖🫓

Valuable lesson learned in the kitchen this week......DO NOT use press n seal for covering to rise. Good ol fashioned plastic wrap is the way to go!

They were beautifully puffed up and round. But after pealing the wrap off that had stuck to the top of every single one, they had deflated-and so did I😔 Luckily they still tasted great, but ended up being more dinner biscuit looking than roll.

Hello friends! I'm excited to share with you my Thanksgiving menu. I'll be doing a drop off at the Gazebo at the Farmer's Market location on Schuyler Ave. We'll meet on Wednesday, November 23rd at 5:00. If you would like to order any of these delicious items to add to your Thanksgiving Day Feast just send me a message here or via email with what you would like to order. I'll collect your money that day, cash or card (cards have a 5% fee). Please place your orders by Monday the 21st!

Also, I am doing "take and bakes" as well as fresh baked breads. They are frozen loaves, ready to bake at your home whenever you want! Just follow the directions for thawing and baking:) Please contact me with any questions!
