The Grand Cannolli Cake. It's one of my Absolute Favorite Flavor Profile Cakes. I havnt made it for Several Years. I'm can't wait to dig into this, and of corse I'll Share.
It didn't need embellishments, just a cute fat flower on top.

It was Fun doing a cake for Tara and Family, Welcoming little Millie Jean. The Grey Wood made from fondant on the bottom tier turned out good. Lemon Cake with Lemon filling, and Whipped Buttercream icing, and Strawberry with fresh strawberries and whipped cream cheese icing. Yum!
