made a cupcake cake this weekend and tried out a new buttercream. the base layer is a shortcut swiss meringue buttercream. turned out pretty good.

its the best Mama a girl could have birthday today...so made cupcakes woth some of her favorites....vanilla java porter chocolate cupcake, dipped in chocolate ganache and pretzel bits, with a caramel buttercream topped with ganache drizzle, glitter candies, gold star sprinkles and a ganache dipped pretzel coated in sugar sprinkles.
