Thanks everyone for your kind words! I have so many thoughts but today, on Mothers Day, this is the first in 5 years that I’m not worried about the pizza shop.
To ALL the women who own businesses, especially those who are in the food and service industries…

Feels like a SWEET HEAT pizza kinda day!
This pizza begins with Scechaun chili crisps mixed with our pizza sauce and agave. It’s topped with shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and fresh mozzarella. After it’s baked, before we send it off to you we add a drizzle of agave and PERFECTION!

I do want to pit this on top…for all who love PK but with all the rising costs havent been able to come out…i SEE YOU…please know i only want everyone to do what is right for them!!! I have no expectation that people create personal challenges because they want to support us…
This is just the way it is and we are ALL doing the best we can
Happy Monday, I hope everyone who celebrates Easter had a joyous holiday. I am writing to be open about the challenges PK, like many other businesses, is facing during these difficult times. You may have noticed that we have put up a FOR SALE sign in our window. As a person of faith, I am leaving myself open to miracles. However, as a business owner, I must acknowledge the reality of our financial struggles and the uncertainty of our future. This post is not intended to solicit support but rather to express my genuine uncertainty about the future of PK. I truly believe that PK has the potential to be a sustainable and profitable business, but I am uncertain if that will be achievable for us. We have seen a significant decline in sales since mid-November, which I attribute to the general uncertainty affecting our customers. Additionally, rising costs and price increases by other businesses have added to our challenges.
Right now I consider us to be open week by week.
This week our hours will be normal: Wednesday Thursday 4-8, Friday and Saturday 11-9 and Sunday 12-8.

I appreciate each and every one who has supported us and those who haven’t…life…it’s just a stage of life.

A note about our signature pizza options: if you've looked at the menu on our website you'll have seen many options aren't available right now.

Here's why: I'm sure you've all noticed price hikes everywhere....I'm not looking to do that AND ALSO that means that I'm cutting back on some of the signature, specialty pizza offerings for now. I've made the decision that what makes most sense for us is to stick to the basics...what sells most and do that. I'm sure, as with everything in life, the tide will turn again when it will feel like a good decision to have all our specialties back on the menu all the time but it just doesn't feel right to me right now for PK.

It's FRIDAY!! Pizza Pizza Pizza... our hours today are now...until 9 pm.
Tomorrow, Saturday, April 12th, however, we will be opening at 2 pm until 9 pm...Walter's soccer team is going to a state game thing that he's playing in...as the mom you'd think I'd know the name but..alas...life :)

We will reopen tomorrow with regular business hours from 12-8 pm.

Today, Friday, April 4th PK is CLOSED due to short staff.
If all goes well we will reopen tomorrow, Saturday for limited hours and limited menu at 3 pm.
All will return to normal business on Sunday, April 6th at 12 pm.

What’s Happening at PK:
Open today, Friday, March 28th from 11-9 pm
We are still OUT of vegan cheese…my sincerest apologies!!

HOURS CHANGE beginning tomorrow, Saturday, March 29th through Saturday, April 5th due to my family leaving for spring break.

HOURS FOR March 29 - April 5th are as follows:
Saturday, Mar 29th 3-9 pm
Sunday, March 30th 3-8
CLOSED Monday-Wednesday
REOPEN on Thursday, April 3rd from 4-8
Friday, April 4th 3-9 pm
Saturday, April 5th 3-9 pm.

Today will be the last day, UNTIL WE RETURN ON APRIL 6th to order Focaccia sticks and Garlic Knots… while we’re gone we will have short staff so will only be able to do the basics.
