Another good sell of ours is our Pineapple Macadamia Nut Bars - the bottom layer is a macadamia nut shortbread cookie, with a middle layer of moist pineapple cake, and a top layer of pineapple glaze with a sprinkle of macadamia nuts - we have sold out each week since this was introduced. And of course, we can't forget to mention our signature Chocolate Chip Cookie. We consider it the 'kitchen-sink' version of all chocolate chip cookies. It is chock full of oats, coconut, walnuts, and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. Bite size, it has a light crisp crunch that has you calling out for more - so don't be surprised if you find yourself eating the whole bag!
