Let’s chat about it.
We’ve reached a point where people will happily eat food from a packet containing ingredients they can barely pronounce, artificial colors, preservatives, refined sugars and heavily processed oils… and then become frightened of a herb growing in the garden, the “organic” label, the Whole Foods.
For many years, people understood that food, sunshine, fresh air, clean water, movement, rest and the plants around us were important parts of maintaining good health.
Your body was wonderfully and purposefully designed. Give it the right conditions and support its natural processes rather than continually burdening it… with chemicals, an overload of toxins, balancing stress…
🙋🏻♀️I’m just as guilty as falling onto the “convenience” train. Life is BUSY. But what’s cheap and convenient, most of the time isn’t cheap and convenient in the long run when it comes to our health!! We have become an instant gratification society— in all areas of our life. I don’t think we were designed for instant gratification.
Here at Hearth & Homestead, you’re going to find a lot of care in every product in this store- from our many local vendors and their crafts, to every product I personally pick to be in here. Start small and hopefully grow into healthier, more chemically conscious products.
