Hi ya’ll I’m still doing travel nursing! I’m still in Washington. I haven’t baked bread in a long time. I’m actually going to rehydrate a starter and start baking on my free time.

Working on a few orders! I made a double batch of cinnamon raisin bagels, blueberry lemon loaf, plain loaf and a white chocolate raspberry loaf.

Hi friends! I’m taking orders for bread, bagels, english muffins, rolls, cookies and even dog treats!
Not only is it soup season but it’s sourdough season! Warm bread goes great with soup! I can do bread bowls too!

When you place your order, I will collect half the payment at the time.

I had all intentions on taking orders for Thanksgiving, but I have been sick for the last couple of weeks . I had strep twice, and recently diagnosed with pneumonia and then bronchitis. I’m finally starting to feel more like myself. That being said I do have time to get in a couple orders or so before Thanksgiving if anyone is needing anything. If you need something I will need to know by the end of the day on Monday.

I plan on doing Christmas orders! I will have a little over two weeks off.

We had a soup potluck today at work. So naturally I baked bread. I baked two plain loaves. I also baked banana pumpkin, in one I added chocolate chips.

Allow me to re-introduce myself. My name is Kerri, and I have a healthy obsession with baking sourdough bread, well pretty much all things sourdough.😍

I took a little break once school started back up, in case you’re new here, I’m an elementary school nurse. IYKYK. Work is calm-ish 🥴 anywho, I’m back to baking!
