My neighbor kids have officially become the unpaid guinea pigs of my bakery 😂🤎

Today’s taste test? SOURDOUGH POP-TARTS✨

They’re always willing to try whatever I’m whipping up, and honestly… I can’t help myself when I see those big smiles! 🥹❤️ Watching them get excited over a fresh treat makes all the baking worth it.

Sorry, kids… if you live next door, you’re basically part of the bakery team now.

Feeling pretty proud that there’s NO sugar in my dough!

Now… the jam & frosting are a different story. 😂

Today I used all-natural blackberry & strawberry jelly for the jam, and I always use dye-free sprinkles + dye-free food coloring when coloring my frosting. 🌈🤎

So yes… there’s a little sweetness involved, but I’m all about using the best ingredients I can! 🥰

Because sourdough + a little jam + frosting = happiness. 😂💕

✨ SOURDOUGH POP-TARTS ARE A HIT! ✨

And we have two very honest taste-testers to prove it! 😂🤎

Our girls were absolutely devouring these sourdough Pop-Tarts, so I’d say they got the official kid-approved stamp of approval!

Flaky, buttery sourdough pastry + sweet filling + a little drizzle of goodness… what’s not to love?!

Watching them eat them like crazy might just be my favorite part of baking. 🥹🤎

If the girls are this obsessed, you KNOW these need to make an appearance on the next menu! 👀✨
