Redings Mill Bread We offer organic breads and pizza crust baked in a wood- fired oven, using the purest ingredients! Sourdough- White flour with germ, water, sea salt.

We try to use local, organic ingredients along with items from our own garden when possible. All breads are baked in a wood-fired oven and made with organic white flour with the germ, and or organic whole wheat
All breads have an extra long fermentation period, allowing for easier digestion. Ingredients: Main dough-bran mix flour, water, sea salt, pinch of yeast. Here is a list of breads that we d
