Eiley is selling Girl Scout cookies this year! We will be downtown Jonesborough tonight from 5-8 and tomorrow starting at 10am if you would like to drop by and help support her and her troop. Or you can order online and she will personally deliver them to you! We will be in front of the old Sweet E’s Bakery at 103 Fox St.

That's right! You can order your favorite Girl Scout Cookies from me online, all while helping my troop and I do great things in our community and beyond! Check it out.

Happy Saturday! It is our last day and I wanted to thank all of our customers who have supported us the last 2 years! We appreciate all of you and hope to see you again! Happy Easter!!

We are going through all of the emotions because this is the last week the bakery will be open! Menu this week:

Cake slices: Carrot, strawberry shortcake, almond

Bars: pecan, tiramisu, lemon cheesecake

Pies: coconut cream, key lime, Oreo, butterscotch

Cookies: Chocolate chip, iced sugar, cinnamon roll, gingerbread, bourbon pecan chocolate chip, espresso, pumpkin with brown butter icing, coconut lime, raspberry thumbprint.We might have other flavors later in the week. Also, oatmeal and chocolate chip cream pies, peanut butter sandwiches and mint chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches.

Cupcakes: TBD

Panna cotta: chocolate, passion fruit

Mini cheesecakes: lemon raspberry, caramel, chocolate, raspberry

Some of you may have heard the rumors so we wanted to confirm that Sweet E’s Bakery is closing. This decision is very bittersweet for us. We have so enjoyed getting to know all of our customers and all of the great conversations but too many missed bed times, sports, and other important moments with my daughter has made me realize that this is the right choice. Our last day will be Saturday April 16th. Thank you all for supporting us through these crazy times the last two years, we appreciate all of you! If anyone has any requests of what they would like to see the next two weeks we would love to hear them and we will try out best to put them out! Thank you all again!
