This one was SO much fun to create! 🥹❤️ My client is a competitive swimmer, and she actually taught me about the butterfly stroke so of course I had to make sure those butterfly swimmers were front and center on her cake! 🏊🏽‍♀️

I love when a client gives me a theme and lets me run with it. Taking their passion and turning it into something EDIBLE is my favorite part! 🎂✨

We LOVE this client! 🥹❤️ She is definitely in the TOP 10 on my favorite client list! 😂🙌🏽

She has a way of trusting me to just MAKE IT HAPPEN… even when she comes to me at the VERY LAST MINUTE. 😩😂 And yes… this was another one of those last-minute creations!

This design looks simple, right? 👀 Well… SIMPLE DOES NOT MEAN EASY! 😂

I had to lay each individual piece of paper down ONE BY ONE, side-by-side, to get this look just right. Let me tell you… it was TEDIOUS! 😩 But when I saw the finished cake? BABYYYY… THE OUTCOME WAS EVERYTHING! ✨😍

And the best part? I actually made the recipient CRY! 🥹❤️ Happy tears, of course! That’s the kind of reaction that makes all those tedious little details worth it.

I truly have the BEST clients because they give me the creative freedom to take their ideas and run with them. Y’all let me have FUN with these designs, and I’m always grateful for the trust! 🥹❤️

But let me ask y’all something… WHO YOU KNOW making cakes that actually WORK like the real thing?! 👀😂🎂 Because over here, we’re not just making it look good we’re making the cake EXPERIENCE!
