Thanks to some very generous friends I have almost 18 lbs of sauerkraut started in the fermenting process! One friend gifted me the cabbage and one friend let me borrow her 3 gallon crock! I still have some red cabbage from yet another overly generous friend to put into my 1 gallon crock but that will have to wait until tomorrow night. 🤣
