Happy Dog is officially closing! I am so thankful to have met so many wonderful people through their farm stand. It was a great 2 years!
I am getting a lot of messages about what Brady Bakes is doing next... and that's a great question. I think it might be time for a little break. After 3 years of baking sourdough goods every week, my home oven is starting to take the hit. On top of a faulty oven, I will be homeschooling a kindergartener, 1st grader and 4th grader- while also juggling 3 different sports teams. I will probably go back to the old days and post extras for sale whenever I get the chance to bake.
There are an abundance of sourdough bakers out there right now, so I know you guys won't go hungry. And if you don't already- please consider shopping local and keeping small businesses alive in 2026 :)
I am very sad to announce that we have made the difficult decision to close Happy Dog Farm Stand effective today. Scott and I have loved getting to know so many of you but the economics of the business no longer make sense and we must move on. Many of our vendors sell at other shops in the area so please reach out to them and find out where you can buy their fantastic goods. Remember that you shopping small business is always the best way to support your community!!
