The Bread Boss Italian Bakery The Bread Boss is an Italian American bakery that was founded by the Martinelli brothers in 2013. Johnston, R.I.

The brothers transferred the bakery to the head baker, James Jones, in 2016 & it currently continues to be run by James and his wife Joanne. They carry over 100 items which are made and baked daily on the premises. The are located in the building of the former Conti's bakery at 269 Greenville Ave.
