A little highlight of 2 seasonal favorites from our May menu.
The honey ricotta and apricot danish makes a return after a long hiatus. Whipped ricotta with local honey topped with fresh apricot and our signature oat crumble.
And the maple blueberry bear claw. A past flavor combination in a new form! Maple pastry cream and house made blueberry pie filling topped with turbinado sugar for a nice crunch.
These guys are only here til the end of May!

Thank you thank you thank you for a busy weekend. We appreciate everyone who comes in and supports this little bakery. Almost 4 years in the shop and we’ve been staying busy. It’s such an honor to be part of this community.
