New year, new menu but the classics are classic for a reason! Pain au chocolat, pac, chocolate croissant, whatever you call it; it’s a baker and customer favorite. We have them every day we’re open and you can even find them at some of our wholesalers.

Feeling pretty good about our sourdough recently. A new bread oven was delivered to the shop last week, and I can’t wait to see how we can continue to improve our bread program. Looking forward to more bread in 2025!

Back open and it’s new menu day!
We’re doing a bit of fan favorites for December. Savory danish is Croque Monsieur with bechamel, ham, Gruyère and toasty bread crumbs. Sweet croissants are the tiramisu cruffin with espresso and mascarpone pastry creams, dusted with cocoa powder, and the lemon meringue croissant with meyer lemon curd and torched meringue.
Other specialties are the citrus and ricotta galette, pear and cardamom brioche tart, and the citrus dreamsicle bun.
These flavors are here all month, come by to try something new!

Post pie bake (who am I kidding, there are still pies in the oven) baker’s snack. We made over 150 pies this year, our biggest bake yet. Thanksgiving is really all about y’all, and how every year you all continue to show up for the team here at Lazy Lady. We are so grateful to be part of your holidays every year.

We’ve got some new faces around here, so here’s a little bit about what we do @lazyladybakes We’re a full service coffee bar (proudly serving @redroostercoffeeroaster) as well as a from scratch bakery. We offer Red Rooster’s seasonal espresso as well as rotating drip coffee, decaf, and half caf. We make all of our coffee syrups in house, except our mocha syrup which we get from our roaster. We offer drip coffee, a selection of loose leaf teas, and hand crafted espresso drinks. We recently switched the bakery menu to monthly changes, but everything is still made in house, completely from scratch! Welcome new faces, we home to have you in soon.

A lovely snow day at the shop. The coffee is flowing and the pastries will warm you right up! Here til 3 today, come on by and watch the snow fall for a bit.
