Not the prettiest photo… but one of the most honest ones we can share.

This sourdough was baked fresh on Monday, May 18th and just a few days later, it’s already doing what real bread is supposed to do… molding.
At Persnickety Gardens, our sourdough is made with:

✨ Organic ingredients
✨ No preservatives
✨ No additives
✨ Just flour, water, salt, and time
That means it has a natural shelf life — not a supermarket one.
