Big Stella update: we’re officially baking in the new space 🍞✨

It’s been a huge step forward for us. With more room, better workflow, a triple-deck oven, and two slicers, we’re now able to bake and deliver three times as much as we used to.

Thank you for following along through this next chapter of Stella. We can’t wait to show you what’s coming next.

We have a holey moley loaf in the bargain bin (25% off), and our cinnamon rolls that were baked today are also on sale for 20% off as they didn’t rise as much as normal.

We have cinnamon rolls, brownies, cookies, 1 organic sourdough sandwich, 1 organic San Fran, 1 bourbon cinnamon raisin, 1 mini San Fran, lots of roasted garlic rosemary, jalapeno cheddar, and our original San Fran artisan sourdough.

We are preparing to open our new Stella Sourdough storefront at 2726 E. Oakland Ave, Suite 103, in Johnson City and looking for potential approved vendors to add to the growing list of Stella products. Locally created items will be considered as we look to offer (with rare exception) items created in the spirit of Appalachian artisans. Please send a direct message to Tiffiny and Don.

We are looking for:
- Jams, jellies, spreads
- Local honey
- Cakes and treats (not already produced by Stella)
- Craft items
- Snacks
- Candy
- Gluten-free items
- Granola/cereals
- Anything you make that we may be missing!
