🫐🫐Fresh Blueberry Cake🫐🫐

I’ve been having the urge to bake lately and I can’t explain it so I’m just going to go with it 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve been putting together a little cake menu full of seasonal, fresh flavors! Be prepared for all of the trial run cakes 😂 This one in particular is gluten free, so I’m excited to be able to enjoy a piece for once!

✨Blueberry cake made with fresh blueberry reduction, blueberry cream cheese frosting and blueberry reduction in between the layers, lemon and ginger infused simple syrup for a little added moisture (sometimes needed with gluten free baking), and fresh blueberries!✨👄

✨Just over here reminiscing about this fall toned cake done for a very special wedding last October✨😍 Theres just something about using fruit and flowers together! ✨

✨Wedding cake was a Chai Spiced Cake with Chai buttercream👅👄🤌🏻 The cupcakes were a selection of lemon cake with blueberry compote buttercream, chai spiced cake and buttercream, and Cookies N’Cream. The black in the frosting is black cocoa powder, making it taste just like Oreos 🥹

Working on my cupcake game! Baking has not always come easy to me and admittedly, there’s something new that I learn every time. I can set up an evening dinner party with candles and flowers and create a whole ✨vibe✨ with my eyes closed but baking requires precision, patience, a willingness to learn, and therefore, more brain power. So thankful for the opportunities that have been given to me to help me to hone my skills in a part of the culinary world that was previously of my comfort zone!✨
